Round 1 (1): Caleb Williams, QB, USC

If the Packers are in the market for a quarterback next offseason, they should do everything possible to move up for projected No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams.

A lot can change between now and next April, but Williams looks set to lead the way in next year's quarterback class, and he has already shown superstar potential at USC. He posted mind-blowing numbers last season, throwing for 4,537 yards, 42 touchdowns, and five interceptions. Williams also had 10 rushing touchdowns.

ESPN's Matt Miller wrote: "The reigning Heisman Trophy winner is a do-it-all quarterback who routinely makes off-platform throws and jaw-dropping plays."

Williams has drawn comparisons to Patrick Mahomes. Even if he doesn't reach that level, the USC quarterback has the potential to be one of the best QBs in the NFL early in his career.

In Green Bay, he would lead a talented young offense featuring Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed, Luke Musgrave, Tucker Kraft, and Dontayvion Wicks.

Unless the Packers land the No. 1 pick based on their record, it will be expensive to make a deal to move up. But if Williams has another incredible season at USC, he will be the No. 1 target for any team in need of a quarterback.
