Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst has made plenty of first-round trades in the draft. Could he make another in this month's draft?

With the depth of this draft class, moving down and adding Day 2 picks would be a good move.

A recent mock draft by NFL Mocks has the Packers doing exactly that.

Packers trade down in NFL Mocks mock draft

In a recent mock draft, Jacob Schyvinck of NFL Mocks and Lombardi Ave has Green Bay moving down from No. 15. The deal sees the Packers move down to No. 20 in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks. In return, they receive the Seahawks' third-round selection.

The bad news? The Packers pass up the chance to draft Ohio State's Jaxon Smith-Njigba. The good news? They land an excellent tackle in Tennessee's Darnell Wright.

"Darnell Wright is a great right tackle who can come in and dominate as a pass protector right away," writes Schyvinck.

Wright is one of the best tackles in the class. If the Packers move down to No. 20 and still draft Wright, they should be absolutely delighted. He can be a long-term starter along the offensive line for Green Bay.

The Packers would have plenty of options on Day 2. They could add a second-rounder from the New York Jets in the potential deal for Aaron Rodgers, and they would also have a third-rounder from the Seahawks in this mock draft.

That would give Brian Gutekunst more than enough opportunities to address the team's other needs at wide receiver, tight end, and edge rusher.

Wright is one of the best tackles in this year's draft and could go as high as the top 15. Moving down and drafting him at No. 20 would be a home-run first round for the Green Bay Packers.
