The Green Bay Packers upset the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 11 to secure their second victory in three weeks. Matt LaFleur's young team is showing signs of progress and plenty of fight. They are learning how to win, and performances like this can go a long way.

Perhaps the most exciting takeaway was the play of the rookies. It's early days, but the Packers' 2023 class looks like it could be special. The young players led the way in Green Bay's win over Los Angeles.

It was hardly a perfect performance for the Packers. The Chargers missed opportunities to win the game, including a costly drop by rookie receiver Quentin Johnston that may have resulted in the game-winning touchdown. But the overall takeaways are positive for Green Bay.

Who were the biggest winners and losers in the Week 11 win?

Winner: Jordan Love

Was Jordan Love perfect? No, but he continues to show signs of progress, putting in the best performance of his NFL career. Love completed 27 of 40 passes for 322 yards and two touchdowns with a 108.5 passer rating. Love played clean, turnover-free football, and he made some spectacular throws.

Love lit up the Chargers' defense in the second half, completing 12 of 17 passes for 167 yards and two touchdowns, earning a passer rating of 141.1. He spread the ball around to 10 different receivers, including 17 targets for the talented trio of Dontayvion Wicks, Jayden Reed, and Romeo Doubs.

"I think he's just proving all of us right," said wide receiver Christian Watson after the game.

Love is growing in confidence and beginning to show why he can be the Packers' future at quarterback. We didn't know whether the Love-led offense could keep pace with the Chargers' explosive offense, but he outplayed Justin Herbert in this game.
