This is Green Bay Packers football. An offense that can move the ball and score 30 points and a defense that can't stop anyone. That's the Packers we all know and love.

Importantly, Green Bay got the win over the Carolina Panthers in Week 16. It wasn't a complete performance in all three phases, but Jordan Love and the offense were able to make up for the defensive issues.

It keeps the Packers in the playoff hunt with only two weeks to go. Despite several starters dealing with injuries, the offense continues to impress, but this defense is nowhere near good enough to make a run in the NFC.

Who were the winners and losers in the Packers' crucial victory in Week 16?

Winner: Anders Carlson

Anders Carlson kicked his first game-winner in the NFL in Week 16. It has been an up-and-down rookie season for the Packers kicker, but he stepped up in this game. Carlson did miss an extra point, although the snap was high, which may have put off his timing.

From there, he was perfect. Carlson converted both of his field goals. One was a 53-yarder, the other the game-winner. He also made his other three extra-point tries.

Carlson needs to become more consistent in the future, but he has shown great character and the ability to bounce back from missed kicks.
