4. Rasul Douglas, Green Bay Packers

When the Packers signed Rasul Douglas off the Arizona Cardinals' practice squad to cover for an injured Jaire Alexander in the 2021 regular season, they couldn't have predicted the impact he would make.

Douglas has provided consistent play as a starter in the Packers' defense, and a strong case can be made for him earning the No. 2 cornerback job ahead of former first-round pick Eric Stokes.

He doesn't give away much in coverage and makes game-changing plays. Douglas is a turnover machine, having intercepted nine passes in 29 games for the Packers. He returned two for touchdowns.

According to Pro Football Reference, Douglas allowed a passer rating of only 44.5 in his first season with the Packers. That number was 88.5 in 2022 -- still solid, but a drop from the year before. However, part of that was due to Douglas moving inside early in the season, a decision the Packers quickly learned from.

It became clear that Douglas wasn't an ideal fit to play in the slot. The Packers moved him back outside, and it didn't take long for him to get back to his best.

Douglas is strong in coverage, and with 26 pass defenses and nine interceptions in two seasons, he is never far away from making a game-changing play.
