James Bradberry could go from one NFC contender to another

Another cornerback the Packers could pursue is a guy that might end up pushed off the roster in one way or another. Philadelphia Eagles defensive back James Bradberry saw his team draft Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean early, and Darius Slay certainly isn't going anywhere. So, Bradberry could be the odd man out.

Recently, the Eagles announced they're trying Bradberry out at safety, likely in efforts to maximize his talent while trying to keep him on the roster -- or, they are advertising his wide-ranged skill set for other teams in order to set up a possible trade down the line.

Bradberry has a history of being a very good corner in this league, and though he had a down season in 2023, he still offers a ton of value. He might even come in and challenge Stokes for the starting job here in Green Bay.

At the very least, Bradberry could be a guy the Packers defense uses all over the place, just as Philly has in recent seasons. Eagles coach Nick Sirianni explained the recent move to safety and reminded the media of Bradberry's play at nickel and dime last season, too, so he's fully capable of playing multiple spots.
