Aaron Rodgers took several former Green Bay Packers teammates with him following his trade to the New York Jets.

Allen Lazard, Randall Cobb, Adrian Amos, Billy Turner, and even backup quarterback Tim Boyle were among the former Packers to join Rodgers in the Big Apple. However, Rodgers' plan to build the New York Packers failed miserably.

The Jets must improve along the offensive line and at wide receiver for Rodgers to have any hope of winning his second Super Bowl.

Two more of Rodgers' former Packers teammates come to mind: Davante Adams and David Bakhtiari.

Trade proposal sees Aaron Rodgers reunited with two Packers teammates

Bleacher Report's Alex Kay drew up two trade proposals that would make the Jets contenders in the 2024 season. One would see the Packers send Bakhtiari to New York, with the other reuniting Rodgers with his greatest-ever receiver. Here are Kay's trade proposals:

Bakhtiari-Jets trade

Adams-Jets trade

Landing a late seventh-round pick for a five-time All-Pro is far from ideal for the Packers, but it's realistic. Given his age and recent injury history, Green Bay likely won't receive a premium pick for Bakhtiari.

The Packers have to move on from Bakhtiari due to his $40 million cap hit; other teams are aware of that. In this scenario, Green Bay at least gets something back in return instead of releasing Bakhtiari.

The Jets truly would be going all-in with Rodgers. They would now have no picks in the second or third rounds—their second-rounder belongs to the Packers as part of the Rodgers trade.

Would this even be enough for the Jets? Dethroning the Kansas City Chiefs is a near-impossible task, and the Jets would also have to get through a crowded AFC playoff picture, with the Buffalo Bills, Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens, and Houston Texans in the mix.

Rodgers would have Adams and Garrett Wilson to throw to, but he's 40 and coming off a torn Achilles. Would the Jets have enough to win the AFC?
