Updated Packers depth chart following the 2026 NFL Draft

After making a couple of trades during the 2026 NFL Draft, the Green Bay Packers ultimately ended up selecting six players in Pittsburgh this past week.

Without a first-round pick, which went to the Dallas Cowboys in the Micah Parsons trade last year, the Packers made their initial selection during Friday's second round and addressed one of the team's biggest needs by taking South Carolina cornerback Brandon Cisse, who could challenge for a starting spot as a rookie.

Brian Gutekunst then traded up to take Missouri defensive tackle Chris McClellan in Round 3, and the Packers followed up in Round 4 by getting arguably the best value pick in the entire draft in Penn State edge rusher Dani Dennis-Sutton at No. 120 overall.

The Packers then added some depth to the interior offensive line in Round 5 in Kentucky center/guard Jager Burton, took a second corner in Round 6 in Alabama's Domani Jackson, and then traded up again to get a second sixth-rounder, which they used on Florida kicker Trey Smack.

While obviously not the biggest of classes, every single player Green Bay selected could end up taking some meaningful snaps during the 2026 season, and one or two of the undrafted free agents the team signed could end up making the 53-man roster down the line. We didn't include every single UDFA on our tables below, but we throw a few in there, so let's go ahead and have a look at the Packers' updated depth charts for all three units.

Just to clarify, we've listed everyone as if they were 100 percent healthy, which we certainly know isn't the case with everyone, most notably the aforementioned Micah Parsons. Nevertheless, this is just the easiest way to do things.

Offense (1 RB, 1 TE, 3 WR)

As the Packers obviously didn't add much offensive talent in the draft, there hasn't been much change here. You'll notice we put Jager Burton in the third slot at center behind Sean Rhyan and Jacob Monk for now, as they may need him at right guard if Anthony Belton struggles. But that could very well change once training camp begins.

Defense (3-4 Base)

If Chris McClellan impresses during training camp, don't be surprised if he slides into the starting lineup to take over for Karl Brooks. We've got him on the other side behind Javon Hargrave for the time being, but he's got so much upside that a Week 1 start certainly isn't out of the question.

We've got Cisse in a backup role for now as well, but you can bet Carrington Valentine will be watching his back. Dennis-Sutton has some players to fight through, but he's undoubtedly someone to keep a close eye on over the next few months.

Trading up to get a kicker in the sixth round obviously doesn't happen every day, so while Brandon McManus is still the guy for now, he's got two monster legs behind him just itching to take his spot.
