The Green Bay Packers have too many wide receivers. You may think that there's no such thing as too many wide receivers, and normally that's probably true, but the Packers are built different.
They are the exception to the rule. And if there's one position where you need to soothe everyone's ego equally, it's at wide receiver – the Packers can't be dealing with subtweets and cryptic Instagram posts all season long, especially not during Toyotathon.

Which is why everyone's pretty sure they're going to trade one soon. It hasn't happened yet, but the Packers dragged their feet on the Jaire Alexander stuff, so this behavior tracks. There isn't that much time left to pull off a trade before actual football starts, but that's not cause for concern this time around – Bleacher Report is on the case.
Bleacher Report found the perfect fix for the Packers' wide receiver logjam
In their latest list of wild pre-training camp NFL predictions, B/R finds a trade that actually works out nicely for everyone involved: trading Romeo Doubs to the Tennessee Titans.
"When Christian Watson returns from a torn ACL, Green Bay would have a five-man rotation," writes Moe Moton of Bleacher Report. "Among the five wideouts, Doubs and Watson are on track to become free agents in 2026. Green Bay should look to deal one of them for draft capital, which would reduce the logjam at receiver."
I kinda wish Bleacher Report would have said *literally anything* about what the Packers would get in return for Doubs, but beggars can't be choosers.
The Titans could certainly use all the help they can get, and this is a deal that feels like it'd be good business in Green Bay. And, you know, if they wanted to find a way to involve a third team (*cough* Bengals *cough*) and get an edge-rusher in the deal, that'd be cool. Just sayin'.
