9) Quarterback

Many fans may see quarterback as a higher need going into draft season. After all, hasn’t this season proven how devastating it can be for a team to not have an adequate backup quarterback on the roster just in case their starter misses a considerable amount of time.

The Packers could find a promising quarterback prospect in a middle or late round to develop, but this still won’t give the Packers an adequate backup quarterback for next season.

I would like to see how Scott Tolzien looks with a full offseason in Green Bay. He has some promise. Plus, the Packers may be better off bringing in a veteran backup quarterback.

I wouldn’t be opposed to them bringing back Seneca Wallace or Matt Flynn as placeholders until Tolzien further develops.
