Ranking the Packers’ 2014 Draft Needs
By Dan Dahlke
Eddie Lacy (27) runs with the ball in the fourth quarter against the Dallas Cowboys at AT
10) Running Back
Ironically, running back may be the only position the Packers seem set at for the foreseeable future.
They’ve found their featured back in Eddie Lacy, and James Starks is a solid no. 2. Jonathan Franklin has some upside but just needs more time to develop, and the team will get back DuJuan Harris next season.
At age 31, John Kuhn may be the only player at the position whose future seems uncertain after this year.
The Packers draft needs will become even clearer after the season when free agency comes into full effect. Many things could change from now until May.
