K – Mason Crosby

Though he hasn’t had too many opportunities as of yet, Mason has started this year off strong again. So far he has made 5/6 of his attempts, with the only miss being a block last week. He looks to have held onto the reliability he found last year and should continue to prove himself worthy of a spot on your team as the Packers continue to improve offensively.

More offense = more chances, and though nothing is a given, especially with the fact that a great offense could just score a TD pretty much every drive (leaving a measly PAT for Crosby), having a kicker connected to a team that can move the ball is a smart bet. Add in the so-far one-dimensional nature of the Green Bay offense, and you can see a few extra drives stall out before pay-dirt. That would be good news for Crosby and anyone who owns him on their team.

With what I think will happen this week, I don’t see many field goal attempts…but I do see enough PATs to make up for that difference.

Prediction: 2 FGs (1 30+, 1 40+), 4 PATs
Verdict: Start
