Superbowl II 1968

The Packers faced a strong defensive team out of Oakland, but had enough offense to wear down the Raiders as Green Bay earned a win in Super Bowl II.

It would be head coach Vince Lombardi’s final game in Green Bay. He would step aside from coaching to take over as general manager for a season before moving on to Washington in 1969 to coach the Redskins.

He would die in September 1970.
