Who knows what is going to happen with the Cleveland Browns’ quarterback situation? With Winston and Mariota off the board, there isn’t any value in picking a quarterback here. With the 12th overall pick, they must do the opposite of last year and go for a wide receiver. DeVante Parker adds a lot of talent and has the potential for big plays.
