Tier Four

24. Stefon Diggs, Maryland (6-0, 195)
25. Titus Davis, Central Michigan (6-1, 196)
26. Ty Montgomery, Stanford (6-0, 221)
27. Vince Mayle, Washington State (6-2, 224)
28. Devante Davis, UNLV (6-3, 220)
29. Dres Anderson, Utah (6-1, 187)
30. DeVaris Daniels, Notre Dame (6-1, 201)

The Skinny: Montgomery may be the most-well known name of this group, but overall, he’s not a great receiver. He’ll make his biggest impact in the NFL as a kick returner.

Diggs is a solid receiver who gets buried in this deep receiver class. Many believe if he would have just stayed in school one more year and further developed his game, he could go much higher in next year’s draft.

Titus Davis is a small-school prospect who’s more quick than fast. His polished route running and consistent hands may see him go as early as the mid rounds.

Coming out of college, Mayle was considered by many to be a potential third-round pick because of his size and incredible production at Washington State last season, but a 4.67 forty at the combine has plummeted his draft stock.

He’d still be a nice pick in the later rounds. He’s a tough receiver who will work every part of the field.
