Brett Hundley has had a mixed bag of results through training camp as he seems to be competing for the third and final spot at the quarterback position with Matt Blanchard. Although he has had moments of greatness in camp he also looks behind at times which can be expected for a young rookie quarterback.

“It’s humbling,” Hundley said, via ESPN. “But it does require a lot of patience. But at the same time you know everything happens for a reason, and this is the best situation I could possibly come into and learn this kind of offense.”

Hundley hopes to make the team as the teams third string QB but if they were to stash him on the practice squad they would need to cut him first, placing him on waivers and another team would have the ability to claim his rights. Hundley’s progress is something to heavily watch the rest of August and especially in preseason games.

Aaron Ripkowski – FB 6th Round #206 overall

Green Bay’s sixth round selection of Ripkowski was a pick that inquired much interest with the Full Back position being used less and less in the NFL and the Packers now having two on their roster with Ripkowski and veteran John Kuhn. Ripokowski has also seen mixed back of results through training camp.

Ripkowski will look to learn under John Kuhn while also being able to help on special teams this season.
