Green Bay Packers: 5 things we learned from last night’s victory
5. Hundley over Blanchard?

The third string quarterback position seemed to be up for grabs going into the preseason, with the coaches having high remarks for undrafted quarterback Matt Blanchard.
Thursday night’s game saw Hundley start ahead of Blanchard coming into the game in the fourth quarter, while completing 4-of-6 passes on the night for 60 yards and a touchdown. Blanchard got limited time at the end of the fourth quarter but was still able to complete his only two throws for 11 yards.

The Packers’ next game will be Sunday, Aug. 23, and it will be interesting to see how the ratio of quarterback play is exhibited. The impression I got from last night’s game, however, was that Brett Hundley has the spot over Matt Blanchard.
