What happened to the running game?

Eddie Lacy seemed to break loose a couple of times. He had that nice bull dozer run for the touchdown. But the opportunities were slim to none. Aaron Rodgers was able to escape a couple of times for first downs and Randall Cobb had a nice gain on a sweep. But 21 runs in a game is just not enough.
