Jaylon Smith. 12. player. 15. Smith slips slightly because he’s coming of an ACL injury. However, he’s still one of the elite talents of this draft class. He’s one of the most athletic and complete linebackers I’ve seen coming out of college for several years now. If it wasn’t for the injury, he’d easily be a top-five player.
