Picks #76-87: Charles Tapper is a freak athlete as a defensive lineman, but his unique frame and size make him a tough player to project. With a specific role in mind, a team could find a very special player in the third round.

On a similar note, Jaylon Smith drops here at the top of the third round because it’s still unclear how significant his injury will impact his pro career, which is too bad because he should easily be one of the first players drafted this spring, if healthy.

If it wasn’t for injury, Karl Joseph could also contend as this year’s top safety.
