Two Davante Adams touchdowns made NFL.com’s Top 25 plays of 2017 list.

Davante Adams made a number of key plays for the Green Bay Packers in 2017, and two of them have landed on an NFL.com countdown video.

The video counts down the top 25 plays from the 2017 season, and a pair of Adams game-winners made the cut.

An easy criticism of the video is that a large share of the plays were selected from the Super Bowl, leaving out a number of regular season candidates.

But it’s hard to argue with Adams’ additions. Here’s the plays that made the list, and the position they were ranked.

No. 8: Davante Adams’ game-winning touchdown vs. Cowboys

When the Packers and Cowboys meet, you know it’s going to be an interesting game. These two historic franchises have put together some classic contests in recent years, the Packers coming out on top the past two times.

Adams’ game-winning touchdown improved Green Bay’s record to 4-1, securing the team’s third consecutive victory. It was an impressive road win that looked to set the Packers on their way to not only a playoff push, but a potential first-round bye.

The entire drive that led to this score was perfectly executed.

It began with a sideline pass to Adams to pick up a first down. Rodgers then found Martellus Bennett (remember him?), who picked up a ton of yardage after the catch to move the chains again.

With the clock ticking under a minute, Green Bay surprised Dallas with an Aaron Jones run. The rookie picked up a first down and change before getting out of bounds. Rodgers then scrambled for 18 yards of his own.

Two plays later he found Adams in the end zone on a beautiful back-shoulder pass to cap off an excellent drive that ended with a game-winning score.

No. 12: Davante Adams’ game-winning touchdown vs. Browns

Adams caught another game-winner in Week 14. With the scores tied at 21-21 in overtime at Cleveland, the Packers needed a win to save their season.

With third-and-6 on the Cleveland 25-yard line, Brett Hundley found Adams on a screen pass. He first ran inside and looked to be short of the first down, but a beautiful spin move shook off would-be tacklers, leaving a clear path for Adams to sprint into the end zone for the walk-off touchdown.
