The first unrestricted free agent that the Packers should target is Jacksonville Jaguars wide out Marqise Lee.

Lee caught 56 passes for 702 yards and three touchdowns in 2017 for the Jags. While appearing in 14 regular season games, Lee led the unit in receptions.

With two less regular season games under his belt in 2017, he nearly matched his totals from the previous year.

He showed his reliability becoming the team’s number one receiver once the Jaguars lost Allen Robinson to a torn ACL.

At 6-foot, the former second-round pick has been an effective slot receiver in the Jaguars’ offense, with solid route running ability. Lee, who turns 27 in November, would be a younger and an affordable option for Green Bay.

According to Spotrac, his calculated market value would be $7.5 million a year, cheaper than both Cobb and Nelson.

Although Lee has only scored eight touchdowns in four seasons, it is safe to assume those numbers will increase if Rodgers is throwing him the ball, compared to Blake Bortles.

Larry Brake of NFL Spin Zone believes Lee could be out of Jacksonville because of the production they received from Keelan Cole and Dede Westbrook.

Teams like the New York Jets, Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears and Baltimore Ravens have all made cases to sign Lee in this upcoming free agency period.
