While many draft analysts will tell you it’s unlikely Quenton Nelson will still be on the board at No. 14, and they’re probably right, general manager Brian Gutekunst would have to seriously consider the guard if he was somehow still available. Maybe a run of quarterbacks and defensive players early will cause Nelson to slip. If he does, Gutekunst might have no other choice than to pick him.
