J’Mon Moore, WR

When looking at wide receivers the Packers could have drafted, no one talked about J’Mon Moore. Everyone was talking about Anthony Miller, Equanimeous St. Brown, D.J. Moore, or Calvin Ridley.

When the Packers took J’Mon Moore in the fourth round, the name was a bit of a surprise. At Missouri, Moore was great with his movement off the line of scrimmage. He was able to create separation from his defender, an issue that some of the current wide receivers have right now.

Moore can be dangerous near the boundary, and by simply running down the field.

His speed and separation skills are similar to a prime Jordy Nelson. He can get open from almost anywhere on the field.

With Nelson gone, it could be Davante Adams and a combination of J’Mon Moore/Geronimo Allison on the outsides with Cobb in the slot, in base formation. If that is the case, Moore will have a good amount of playing time for his rookie season.

The flanker position opposite Adams will be a player to watch all year. Whoever gets more playing time there will be destined for a breakout year. It will either be Allison or Moore playing that position on offense.
