The greatest moments in Green Bay Packers, David Bakhtiari’s 2018 preview, and more in the Packers News Report.

Good morning and welcome to the Packers News Report for Friday, June 8.

You know it’s well and truly the offseason when the top talking point is Ha Ha Clinton-Dix not turning up to voluntary practice.

But there’s no reason to worry. Clinton-Dix will be at mandatory minicamp on June 14, according to Jason Wilde of ESPN.

Mandatory minicamp will run from June 14-17. For any soccer fans out there, you’ll know that’s also when the World Cup begins. It should help pass the time during the long NFL offseason.

Let’s get started. Here’s a roundup of the latest articles from around the internet.

Is David Bakhtiari the most important player on the roster not named Aaron Rodgers? It’s hard to think of a player higher on the list than Bakhtiari. He plays an important position, left tackle, and is arguably the best in the league. Here’s his 2018 preview.

2018 roster preview: Lance Kendricks (Lombardi Ave)

New general manager Brian Gutekunst has made some big moves at tight end this offseason. First, he brought in Jimmy Graham and let Richard Rodgers walk in free agency. He’s since signed free agent Marcedes Lewis. The pressure is now on Lance Kendricks, who needs to play well after a disappointing debut season in Green Bay.
