9. Kevin King

The Packers’ top draft choice a year ago, the Packers will be hoping Kevin King is fully healthy and ready to make a second-year jump. King showed he has the potential to be a very good player last year, but a shoulder injury limited him, and eventually ended his season early. King should be a good fit in Mike Pettine’s defense, as well as rookie corners Jaire Alexander and Josh Jackson. If King is healthy, he will be in contention to start Week 1.

8. DeShone Kizer

After trading for DeShone Kizer this offseason, can the former Cleveland Brown secure the number two job behind Aaron Rodgers? There’s a reason why general manager Brian Gutekunst traded for Kizer — the Packers clearly like his potential — but he will need to put a tough rookie season behind him, and show he can play at a high level should Rodgers go down with another injury. The battle between Kizer and Brett Hundley will be one to watch.

7. Justin McCray

When the Packers decided against re-signing Jahri Evans, who played well at right guard last season, Justin McCray became the favorite to replace him. McCray had a solid 2017 season as a backup offensive lineman. A good training camp will almost certainly secure him a starting spot on the offensive line this season.
