Safeties (5)

Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Josh Jones, Kentrell Brice, Marwin Evans, Jermaine Whitehead

Fortunately, Kentrell Brice‘s ankle injury wasn’t serious. He’s currently listed as a starter alongside Ha Ha Clinton-Dix on the Packers’ unofficial depth chart ahead of the Steelers game. Without Morgan Burnett, the team will be hoping either Brice or second-year Josh Jones will step up into the starting role. For now, it appears to belong to Brice.

Clinton-Dix is coming off a disappointing 2017 season, but he has proven throughout his career that he is an excellent safety, and the Packers should be confident he can step up and become a leader in the secondary.

Special teams (3)

Kicker: Mason Crosby

Punter: JK Scott

Long snapper: Hunter Bradley

Unsurprisingly, this trio is set on the current depth chart. The Packers’ kicking units looked good in the preseason opener, which is good news considering the team added two rookies at punter and long snapper.

Rookie punter JK Scott has been impressive so far this summer, but the real test will come when the regular season begins in a few weeks.

As long as Mason Crosby is on the roster, the Packers don’t need to worry about the kicker position. Crosby has been about as consistent as you can hope for in the past few years (85 percent conversion on field goals since 2013), and the Packers will have no concerns entering the 2018 season.
