32. Miami Dolphins

Finding a quarterback for the future is so important. The Dolphins’ division rivals, New York and Buffalo, look to have done just that in the draft. In my mind, Miami will be competing with the Bills for third place in the AFC East.

31. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Without Jameis Winston against the Saints, Eagles and Steelers to start the season, the Bucs are likely to sit at 0-3 when he returns for a Week 4 trip to Chicago. Playing in arguably the NFL’s strongest division, it could be a long season in Tampa Bay.

30. Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen might be the quarterback for the future, but after trading away A.J. McCarron last week, the Bills have named Nathan Peterman the starter for Week 1 after a good preseason. But in his first of two starts last year, Peterman threw for just 66 yards with five interceptions. Five. The Bills will be hoping Peterman has improved this season.

29. Cleveland Browns

Considering the Browns have just one win to their name over the past two years, it’s impressive they’ve made it all the way up to No. 29. But I like the offseason the Browns have had. With the additions of Tyrod Taylor, Carlos Hyde and Jarvis Landry on offense to go with Josh Gordon, this unit has potential.
