24. Seattle Seahawks

It was an offseason to forget in Seattle. The Seahawks lost key player after key player throughout the spring, but the good news is they still have one of the best quarterbacks in football with Russell Wilson. Can Wilson, along with a Chris CarsonRashaad Penny combination at running back, help keep this offense strong and team competitive in 2018?

23. Washington Redskins

Will Alex Smith prove to be an upgrade over Kirk Cousins? That’s the million dollar question. This Washington offense has potential, even after losing rookie running back Derrius Guice for the season. That said, I’m not convinced Adrian Peterson is the answer at 33 years old.

22. New York Giants

After a disastrous 2017 season, can the Giants bounce back and return to the playoffs? An offseason focus was getting stronger (and healthy) on offense. Second overall pick Saquon Barkley gives them a potentially elite ground game, which is also great news for Odell Beckham Jr., who is now healthy.

New York also spent big to sign left tackle Nate Solder, a move they needed to make. If the Giants’ offense can reach its potential, this team will be a difficult one to beat. Until then, they remain in the bottom half of the rankings.

21. Denver Broncos

The Broncos have made some smart offseason additions. With Case Keenum starting at quarterback and Royce Freeman at running back, along with the addition of Bradley Chubb to play alongside Von Miller on defense, the Broncos should improve this year.
