20. Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore’s defense should once again be a strength, but a lot needs to go right on offense for the Ravens to be serious contenders. Michael Crabtree and John Brown are nice additions on offense. Can this unit take a step forward after finishing No. 29 in passing offense last year?

19. Indianapolis Colts

The return of Andrew Luck is great news for the Colts. If he is fully healthy and can reach the level of play we’ve seen in the past, this football team will be in the playoff hunt. There are still question marks at a number of different positions, but Luck’s return puts them in the mix in a competitive AFC South.

18. Tennessee Titans

Despite making the divisional round of the playoffs, it felt like the Titans could have played at a much higher level last season. With talent and depth at cornerback, plus the addition of Dion Lewis in the backfield, this team has the potential to take a step forward this year.

17. Dallas Cowboys

Without a suspension to Ezekiel Elliott to worry about this year, the Cowboys aim to get back on track and return to the playoffs. Without Dez Bryant, who will step up at wide receiver? Can free agent signing Allen Hurns and rookie Michael Gallup make an instant impact?
