20. Washington Redskins (1-1)

Alex Smith failed to throw a touchdown pass, and Washington averaged just three yards per carry (which includes Jamison Crowder‘s 25-yard rush). It was a disappointing performance at home for the Redskins, who host the Packers before their Week 4 bye.

19. Dallas Cowboys (1-1)

After a poor performance in Week 1, the Dallas Cowboys got back on track in a key divisional victory. The defense dominated, sacking Eli Manning six times and limited rookie Saquon Barkley to just 28 yards on 11 carries. The Cowboys’ dominant defensive performance should excite them ahead of a Week 3 trip to Seattle, who gave up six sacks last week.

18. San Francisco 49ers (1-1)

The San Francisco 49ers got back on track in Week 2 with a home victory over the struggling Lions. It was an encouraging performance for the 49ers, but their schedule early on is as tough as it gets. They face the Chiefs, Chargers and Packers, all on the road, in the next four weeks.

17. Pittsburgh Steelers (0-1-1)

The Steelers had no answer for Patrick Mahomes, who threw for 326 yards and six touchdowns. I’m sure they won’t be the only team to give up multiple touchdown passes to Mahomes this year. The good news for Pittsburgh is that the offense kept up, despite struggling to run the football. Pittsburgh visits the red-hot Buccaneers next week.
