32. Arizona Cardinals (0-3)

The Arizona Cardinals made a positive start in Week 3, taking an early 14-0 lead over the Bears. But that’s where the good news ended. Arizona failed to score in the next three quarters, allowing Chicago to slowly build a comeback. At 0-3, the Josh Rosen era has begun in Arizona.

31. Oakland Raiders (0-3)

It’s been the worst possible start to the season for the Oakland Raiders, whose playoff hopes are quickly fading already. They are now three games back in the AFC West. This week’s home game with the Browns is a must-win for Jon Gruden’s team.

30. Buffalo Bills (1-2)

Wow. Was that the biggest upset of the season so far? After two poor performances in the opening couple of weeks, the Buffalo Bills went on the road to Minnesota and won 27-6. It’s still hard to believe in this Bills team, but this was a big victory.

29. San Francisco 49ers (1-2)

The San Francisco 49ers are down 11 spots from last week, and not just because they were defeated by the Chiefs. Jimmy Garoppolo is out for the season with a torn ACL, which is the worst possible news for the 49ers. It’s hard to see this team winning many games from this point on. They play the LA Chargers on the road this week.
