24. Indianapolis Colts (1-2)

Andrew Luck threw the football 40 times against the Eagles, but tallied just 164 yards with one touchdown. Their defense kept them in the game, but the Indianapolis Colts need to get more balanced on offense. Outside of a 33-yard rush by Luck, the Colts posted just 35 yards on the ground from 12 attempts.

23. Detroit Lions (1-2)

On Sunday Night Football, the Detroit Lions were impressive in a potentially season-saving victory over the Patriots. The Lions’ offensive line had a great game, and they finally had a 100-yard rusher for the first time in almost five years. This was a performance the Lions will look to build on against the Cowboys in Week 4.

22. Cleveland Browns (1-1-1)

The Baker Mayfield era has begun. And the Cleveland Browns finally have a victory after almost two years. The Browns were close to getting a victory in their first two games, but Mayfield’s impressive performance off the bench lifted them to 1-1-1 on the season. The Browns are moving up the power rankings.

21. Dallas Cowboys (1-2)

Through three weeks, the Dallas Cowboys have been far too inconsistent. Their defense looked great against the Giants in Week 2, sacking Eli Manning six times and limiting them to just 35 rushing yards. But they only sacked Russell Wilson twice in Week 3 and allowed 113 yards on the ground.
