16. Washington Redskins (2-1)

Adrian Peterson posted yet another big game against the Packers, rushing for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Washington enters its early bye in a strong position after an impressive victory over Green Bay. They get a week to rest and prepare for the New Orleans Saints in Week 5.

15. Cincinnati Bengals (2-1)

With Joe Mixon out and A.J. Green injured during the game, Andy Dalton threw four interceptions against the Panthers. The Cincinnati Bengals also gave up 230 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 41 attempts, swinging time of possession in Carolina’s favor. Up next is a tough test for Cincinnati at Atlanta.

14. Miami Dolphins (3-0)

Maybe the Miami Dolphins deserve more credit than this. They are one of just three 3-0 teams, after all. But I’d argue they are yet to have a real test. So far they’ve beaten Tennessee (2-1), NY Jets (1-2) and Oakland (0-3). Can the Dolphins improve to 4-0 and move three games ahead of the Patriots by beating them this week?

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1)

Whether they win or lose, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a fun team to watch. We saw both sides of Ryan Fitzpatrick on Monday night. He threw for 411 yards, three touchdowns but had three costly interceptions. As long as the Bucs can’t run the football, Fitzpatrick will keep throwing deep downfield. So far this year, it’s been a pretty successful game plan.
