32. Arizona Cardinals (0-4)

Another week, another loss for the Arizona Cardinals. Josh Rosen played well enough to keep the game close, but mistakes cost the Cardinals on offense. They have a mountain to climb to keep their season alive.

31. Buffalo Bills (1-3)

After last week’s upset victory over the Vikings, the Buffalo Bills crashed back down to earth in Week 4 as they were shutout by the Packers. Buffalo couldn’t get anything going on offense. Josh Allen was sacked seven times and threw two interceptions. Consider next week’s game against the 3-1 Titans a must-win.

30. San Francisco 49ers (1-3)

The San Francisco 49ers surprisingly kept the game close against the Chargers despite losing Jimmy Garoppolo for the year. It will give fans hope that the season isn’t necessarily lost, and they have a great opportunity to get a victory against the winless Cardinals next week.

29. Oakland Raiders (1-3)

Finally, a victory for the Oakland Raiders. They left it late, and possibly got a little lucky, but they won’t care. Marshawn Lynch was excellent, rushing 20 times for 130 yards. Derek Carr threw 58 passes, finding the end zone four times. It was an encouraging offensive performance for the Raiders, who saved their season in Week 4. Jon Gruden will be hoping his team can build off this win against the Chargers next week.
