Honorable mentions

Julian Edelman (New England Patriots): Edelman has been a stalwart in the Pats’ offense for years now and he will likely serve in an expanded role this season with the retirement of Rob Gronkowski.

Stefon Diggs (Minnesota Vikings): Diggs sometimes gets underrated as he isn’t even the best receiver on his team, but the Vikings offense has almost always been dominant when Stefon Diggs is on the field.

Jarvis Landry (Cleveland Browns): Landry is one of the best slot receivers in the league and the Browns’ offense has the potential to pose nightmares for opposing defenses this season with strengths at almost every spot.

Allen Robinson (Chicago Bears): Robinson had a slightly underwhelming first season in Chicago despite the Bears’ breakout success, but there is good reason to buy a resurgence for Robinson this season.

Cooper Kupp (Los Angeles Rams): The Rams’ offense looked noticeably different without Kupp towards the end of last season. It’ll be interesting to see if he serves in a similar or expanded role in Sean McVay’s offense this season.

The Top 15

15. Tyler Lockett (Seattle Seahawks): Lockett is a speedy weapon in a dangerous offense who will likely serve a greater role this season with Doug Baldwin‘s sudden retirement.

14. T.Y. Hilton (Indianapolis Colts): The Colts are a preseason darling this season and a big reason for this is their open field offensive weapons led by T.Y. Hilton, who has been Andrew Luck‘s favorite target for a long time.

13. Amari Cooper (Dallas Cowboys): Cooper served as a spark plug for a dormant offense when he landed in Dallas late last season. If Cooper continues to dominate, this young Cowboys offense will pose problems for any team they play.

12. Mike Evans (Tampa Bay Buccaneers): Evans has been a Joe Thomas-like figure for this struggling franchise over the last few seasons. Hopefully the hiring of Bruce Arians will re-energize the rest of the Bucs organization.

11. Brandin Cooks (Los Angeles Rams): Cooks is one of the scariest deep-threat receivers in the league and this is mainly due to his speed and route-running ability. The Rams may lean on their passing game even more this season with Todd Gurley‘s uncertain future.
