3. Darrin Hall

Darrin Hall’s overall numbers don’t look like anything spectacular. Seven carries for 31 yards isn’t anything to write home about, especially considering 28 of them were on one carry. But, that one carry ignited what would be the Packers’ lone touchdown drive.

Hall’s next carry was also a good one, picking up five yards to keep the drive moving with positive momentum. From there, Lazard took over with Shepherd finishing it off with a touchdown.

We didn’t see Hall again until the end of the game with a few garbage time carries as Keith Ford took over and had a decent 10-yard carry himself.

Aaron Jones did not play and Jamaal Williams is still out with injury, leaving a huge opportunity for a running back to step up.

Dexter Williams, last week’s star, had a good run called back because of a hold and dropped a pass with blockers and space out in front. Tra Carson, despite getting the start again, did little to distinguish himself, leaving the opportunity there for someone to step up and grab hold.

Though it wasn’t a great showing, Hall did more than the other backs in the game.
