A roundup of the latest Green Bay Packers articles for Tuesday, Oct. 1.

Welcome to the Packers News Report. September was a success for the Green Bay Packers, winning 75 percent of their opening four games and taking an early lead in the NFC North. Considering they have a first-year head coach and a number of new players in key roles, that’s an impressive start.

But October will be challenging, and an important month for this team. They play four games this month. The first is this week on the road against the Dallas Cowboys. They then meet the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field, who have been impressive so far this season. After another home game against the Oakland Raiders, they travel to Arrowhead Stadium to meet the Kansas City Chiefs.

Could Green Bay enter November with a 6-2 record? It’s possible. But 5-3 or 4-4 is also a very possible scenario. It’s such an important month for Matt LaFleur and his team.

Today’s Packers News Report features analysis on last week’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, a look ahead to Sunday’s game at Dallas, and more.
