9. Jamaal Williams touchdown catch vs. Chiefs

Aaron Rodgers has made some spectacular throws throughout his career. But his Week 8 connection with Jamaal Williams against the Kansas City Chiefs will be played on highlight reels for years to come.

Early in the fourth, with the score at 17-17, the Packers had the opportunity to retake the lead. But on third-and-1 in field goal range, Rodgers was being pressured by two defenders and looked to have thrown the ball away. Except he hadn’t. The ball flew over Jimmy Graham’s head, but landed perfectly in the back corner of the end zone, where Jamaal Williams arrived to make an equally impressive catch.

Rodgers, falling to his right, used a simple flick of the wrist to place the ball perfectly where it needed to go. Williams also did an incredible job to make the catch and keep his feet in bounds.

The game situation was also key. The result was in the balance, and had the Packers settled for a field goal, the Chiefs would’ve had the opportunity to take the lead with a touchdown on the following drive.

Instead, a touchdown gave them a seven-point cushion and put all the pressure back on the home team.

Not only one of Rodgers’ best throws this year, but one of the finest of his career.
