Wide receivers: D

Outside of Davante Adams, there is a lot of uncertainty at this position. Adams is a three-time Pro Bowler and Rodgers’ top target, but how the depth chart will look from number two to number five in 2020 is anybody’s guess.

Geronimo Allison is a free agent and likely gone. Allen Lazard played well, but is the number two role the best position for him? Marquez Valdes-Scantling struggled in 2019, especially in the second half of the season, while Equanimeous St. Brown is coming off a significant injury.

This is a position the Packers will almost certainly make some big changes at this spring. Getting more talent to complement Adams will be a priority.

Tight ends: D

There are also some serious questions to be asked at tight end.

What’s next for Jimmy Graham, whose salary-cap hit is way too high given his production on the field? Marcedes Lewis is an unrestricted free agent, Robert Tonyan an exclusive rights free agent.

Third-round pick Jace Sternberger will likely see an increased role in his second season and he showed signs of potential in the Packers’ playoff run. That said, he’s still an unknown at this point.

Will the Packers turn back to free agency to try to improve this position? Will they use another draft pick?
