Wide receivers (6)

Davante Adams, Devin Funchess, Allen Lazard, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Equanimeous St. Brown, Reggie Begelton

The Packers didn’t make the significant changes to the wide receiver room many expected during the offseason, but this group does have the potential to be improved from 2019.

Davante Adams staying healthy would be great news. He fell three yards short of 1,000 last season, which was impressive as he missed a month of action. If he’s available for all 16 games, the Packers offense will be better.

Adams is a star but the Packers will be hoping one of the other receivers can step up as a consistent number two option.

Maybe it’ll be Devin Funchess. Funchess only played one game for the Colts last season due to injury but had success in Carolina. Just three seasons ago, Funchess put up 840 yards and eight touchdowns. In four seasons with the Panthers, he had 21 touchdown catches.

The return of Equanimeous St. Brown should also help. St. Brown showed potential in his rookie season but missed all of 2019 due to injury.

I have Reggie Begelton making the roster ahead of Jake Kumerow. Rodgers trusts Kumerow but he’s failed to make a consistent impact in the regular season. Begelton will be a player to watch once training camp begins and I predict he’ll be one of the surprises of the preseason, performing well enough to make the roster.
