Week 15: Los Angeles Rams (Monday Night Football)

The Super Bowl champions are coming to Lambeau Field for the third season in a row. What hurt last year was that Green Bay defeated both Super Bowl teams during the regular season.

In fact, the Packers have outplayed the Los Angeles Rams the past two times they have visited Lambeau Field, one being in the divisional round of the 2020 season.

The Rams enter 2022 with a chance to make another deep playoff run.

Matthew Stafford has an excellent supporting cast, including a receiving trio of Cooper Kupp, Allen Robinson, and Van Jefferson.

On defense, the Rams also added star inside linebacker Bobby Wagner, although they did lose edge rusher Von Miller.

One big difference from the previous two matchups is that the Packers will be without Davante Adams. However, on the flip side, Joe Barry’s defense should be even stronger.

Green Bay’s defense needs to put in a solid performance to pressure Stafford and slow down Los Angeles’ talented receivers. The offensive line also needs to play well to limit a dominant front seven featuring Aaron Donald.

But I like how the Packers match up with the Rams. The defending Super Bowl champions leave Lambeau Field in defeat for the third year in a row.

Prediction: Green Bay 27, Los Angeles 17 (10-4)
