Yes, the Los Angeles Rams are the defending Super Bowl champions with one of the best rosters in the NFL, but there are a couple of reasons why this didn’t rank a bit higher.

For starters, this game will be played in tough Lambeau Field conditions in December. That’s advantage Green Bay. Also, the Packers will be fresh off their bye week, giving them additional time to prepare for the game.

That helps, as does the fact Green Bay has dominated this matchup the past two seasons, winning by a combined 68-46 in the past two games.

However, there’s little doubt about how talented this Rams team is. They are the Super Bowl champions for a reason.

Their offense is loaded with talent from quarterback Matthew Stafford to wide receivers Cooper Kupp and Allen Robinson.

Los Angeles also has star players at every level on defense.

Defensive tackle Aaron Donald is a three-time Defensive Player of the Year and seven-time first-team All-Pro. Inside linebacker Bobby Wagner is a six-time first-team All-Pro. Cornerback Jalen Ramsey is a three-time first-team All-Pro and five-time Pro Bowler.

This Rams team is loaded with talent and will give the Packers one of their toughest tests at Lambeau Field this season.
