Three potential trade targets for the Green Bay Packers ahead of the 2022 season.

The Green Bay Packers have made the majority of their offseason moves.

They have added talent to the roster via free agency and the draft.

In free agency, they signed defensive tackle Jarran Reed, wide receiver Sammy Watkins, cornerback Keisean Nixon, and punter Pat O’Donnell.

In the draft, they strengthened the defense by selecting inside linebacker Quay Walker and defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt, then focused on wide receiver by adding Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Samori Toure.

But the opportunities to strengthen the roster never end.

There are still free agents out there who could help this team. More free agents will become available when other teams around the NFL begin to make roster cuts.

The other thing to consider is potential trades.

Overall, the Packers have a strong roster on both sides of the ball, but there are areas they could look to improve.

On defense, it’s more about depth. Green Bay has great starting talent at almost every position on defense, but there is a lack of depth across the board, most notably at edge rusher and safety.

With that in mind, let’s look at three potential trade candidates for the Packers this summer.
