2. Romeo Doubs is the star of the show again

Wow. What an incredible start Romeo Doubs has made to training camp. He impressed on Wednesday and was again the star of the show today.

Doubs made another spectacular catch, and this time he made the play against 2021 first-round pick Eric Stokes.

We’re only a couple of practices into training camp, but the Packers have to be delighted with the start Doubs has made. There’s still a way to go to establish a connection with Aaron Rodgers, but these reps will all be so valuable.

The more plays Doubs makes against Green Bay’s talented secondary, the more Rodgers and the Packers’ coaching staff will take note.

With Christian Watson and Sammy Watkins currently dealing with injuries, Doubs has had an opportunity to impress. So far, so good.

Former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy used to talk about stacking success. It’s something the fourth-round pick needs to continue to do. It’s one thing to perform well in a practice or two, but if Doubs can make plays consistently over the summer, it could land him a featured role in the regular season.

There were questions about the wide receiver position entering training camp. There still are. But Doubs’ impressive start is great to see.
