1. Jordan Love puts in his best performance yet

This is the Jordan Love we were all hoping to see. He enjoyed his best Packers performance on Friday night.

Love finished 12 of 24 for 113 yards and one touchdown with zero interceptions. Like last week, the box score doesn’t tell the full story. Love wasn’t helped by his receivers as there were some drops.

This was a highly encouraging performance from Love. He made a number of wow throws, his decision-making was good, and he looked comfortable in the offense.

With some better catching from his receivers, Love’s numbers would’ve looked far better.

He even looked like Aaron Rodgers on one play, dancing in the pocket to avoid defenders and buy time. It almost resulted in a touchdown.

There were a couple of inaccurate passes Love will want back. Some of them should’ve been simple completions. However, Love does a lot of the hard things really well.

Love put in a strong week of practice against the Saints, and he followed it up with easily the best performance of his NFL career.

There are signs that Love is gaining confidence and looking more comfortable in the Packers’ offense.

He continues to improve, and Friday night was Love’s best performance for the Packers.
