Week 4: vs. New England Patriots

The Packers don’t begin the season 1-2 all that often, but it’s not a reason to panic. Aaron Rodgers famously told fans to “R-E-L-A-X” after they started 1-2 in 2014. They would go on to win 11 of their next 13 games and secure the NFC North title and a first-round bye.

But if the Packers do enter Week 4 with two losses already on the board, they will need to put it right quickly.

This is a game they will be expected to win.

The New England Patriots’ offense has struggled in the opening two weeks, averaging just 12 points per game, tied for third-fewest in the NFL.

Their defense has been stronger, ranking fourth in yards allowed and eighth in points allowed.

Despite that, this is a game the Packers could win comfortably. A fast start and early lead would put the Patriots in real trouble.

As the season goes on, Matt LaFleur’s offense will improve. The more reps Aaron Rodgers gets with the new wide receivers, the better.

While the Patriots’ defense has started the season well, they could struggle against the Packers’ offense in Week 4.

In need of a win, Green Bay gets the job done to get back on track.

Prediction: Green Bay 27, New England 14 (2-2)
