S Adrian Amos: Walks

Adrian Amos has been nowhere near his best this season, particularly in coverage.

According to Pro Football Reference, Amos has allowed 77.4 percent of passes to be completed in his coverage, giving up three touchdowns and allowing a passer rating of 132.3.

It has been a season to forget so far for Amos, who had been so consistent in previous years. Amos turns 30 in the spring, and it may be time for the Packers to start over at the safety position.

WR Sammy Watkins: Walks

According to Pro Football Reference, Sammy Watkins played four offensive snaps in last week’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. That about sums it up.

Watkins hasn’t played well this season, making just 13 catches for 206 yards in eight games. The Packers should move on.

CB Keisean Nixon: Re-signs

Keisean Nixon can do a bit of everything. Whether on defense or special teams, he has made an impact. That now includes his new role as the Packers’ kick returner. Nixon had two returns of over 50 yards last week.

He has played well in various roles and should be re-signed.

LB Eric Wilson: Walks

Eric Wilson has played mostly on special teams, while filling in on defense when injuries hit. But with such strong depth at inside linebacker, the Packers may not re-sign him in 2023.
