8. Yosh Nijman

The Packers have a big decision to make on Yosh Nijman, who is a free agent.

Nijman had a solid season as Green Bay’s starting right tackle. However, he was benched in Week 18 after struggling against the Detroit Lions. Rookie Zach Tom stepped in and played well, like he has throughout the regular season.

Is Nijman part of Green Bay’s best five along the offensive line? Probably.

But if the Packers view Tom as a future starting tackle, perhaps they will move on from Nijman.

Finding quality starting tackles isn’t easy, so the Packers should re-sign Nijman. But other teams may be interested after a solid season.

7. Randall Cobb

It was an emotional moment watching Randall Cobb leave Lambeau Field alongside Aaron Rodgers. Both players face an uncertain future with the team.

However, while Rodgers’ next move remains up in the air, it feels almost certain Cobb won’t be back.

The former Pro Bowler is a free agent and turns 33 next summer. Despite contributing with 417 yards and a touchdown this season, this could be it for the franchise legend.

Whether Cobb continues to play next season remains to be seen, but it does seem unlikely he will be wearing green and gold in 2023, especially if Rodgers doesn’t return.
