While some fans may complain that NFL players have become too friendly and largely eschewed personal beefs in the modern age, Green Bay Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander and newly minted Houston Texans wide receiver Stefon Diggs are making sure the whole NFL world knows they do not like each other at all.

The beef started during Diggs' days in Minnesota, as the standout CB and then-Vikings WR went back and forth quite often. The animosity continued after Diggs was sent over to Buffalo, as they have gotten into spats both on and off the field when their two teams needed to lock horns.

Diggs and Alexander were seen getting into it before the game, as their verbal tirades seemed to get everyone amped up. Diggs wasn't just looking for a donnybrook with Alexander, as he seemingly had some words for the rest of the Packers.

While it originally appeared unclear as to who exactly started the melee, an alternate angle shows that Diggs and Alexander were once again going back and forth that got everyone hot to start. With how much is on the line for both of these teams irrespective of this beef, no wonder everyone is amped up.

After one quarter and change, Diggs seemed to be on the losing end of this battle. Alexander and the Packers held Diggs without a catch in the first quarter, and Green Bay later rebounded after Jordan Love managed to connect with Tucker Kraft in the end zone.

This beef has been simmering for a long time. The last time the Bills faced off against the Packers, Alexander did not cover Diggs on a single coverage snap. This moment of Joe Barry brilliance has clearly been stuck in Alexander's mind, as he is eyeing revenge in a big way.

While there is a good chunk of game left, it looks like Alexander and the Green Bay secondary came to play against a very tough Houston offense. By the end of the game, we may get our answer on who is the winner of this beef..
